- From inside the app: open Settings, then tap Send Feedback. Your message comes straight to us, with the option to attach a screenshot.
A sentence or two is plenty. "The mic button did X when I expected Y" gives us everything we need to start.
Quick Answers
How do I use PlacePal?
Tap the big mic button and say where you put something, like "My keys are on the kitchen counter." Later, ask "Where are my keys?" and PlacePal tells you.
Is my voice recorded?
Your voice is processed entirely on your device. The audio never leaves your iPhone, and it is not stored after transcription. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Why does PlacePal need the microphone?
Voice is how PlacePal works. If you decline microphone access, you can turn it on any time in iOS Settings. You can browse your saved items either way.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the App and tap Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also email privacy@heyplacepal.com and we will delete your account and all your data within 30 days.
